What kind of tasks can you help with?
I offer a wide range of virtual assistant services, including inbox and calendar management, document creation, data entry, client communication, social media scheduling, basic bookkeeping, and more. If you're not sure whether I can help with something, just ask!

Do you offer one-off support or only monthly packages?
Yes, I offer both! You can book ad-hoc services at £30/hour for one-off tasks, or choose one of my monthly retainer packages (10, 20, or 30 hours) for ongoing support.

Can you help me even if I’m just getting started with my business?
Absolutely! I’ve supported many startups and solo business owners in their early stages. Whether you need help setting up your systems or just getting organised, I’m here to help.

How does payment work?
Ad-hoc support requires 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. All retainer packages require full payment upfront. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the beginning of each month and should be paid within 7 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept bank transfers only. All details will be included in your invoice.

​

Can I upgrade my package later if I need more hours?
Yes, you can! If you find you’re running out of hours mid-month, we can either top up your hours at the standard hourly rate or move you to a larger package for the following month.

How quickly can you start working with me?
I typically have availability within a week, depending on current client workload. If you have an urgent task, let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

What are your working hours?
I usually work Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. However, I can be flexible depending on your needs. I’ll always be clear about timelines for tasks and response times.

How long will my task/project take?
This depends on the complexity of the task. Once I understand what you need, I’ll give you a clear timeframe and keep you updated throughout.

How do we stay in touch?
I’m happy to work around your preferred method of communication email, WhatsApp, Zoom, or even project management tools. We’ll agree on a method that works best for you.

​

Will I get updates on what you’re working on?
Yes! I provide detailed weekly time reports for retainer clients and keep you updated throughout ad-hoc projects. You’ll always know where your hours are going.

Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Absolutely. I take confidentiality seriously and am happy to sign an NDA or provide my own confidentiality agreement upon request.

How do I book your services?
Booking my services is simple and straightforward! After you get in touch, we’ll arrange a free 15-minute discovery call to chat through what you need support with and see if we’re a good fit.

Once I have a clear understanding of your requirements, I’ll send over a Terms of Business document which outlines the scope of work, along with your invoice (if applicable).

Once the Terms of Business has been signed and the invoice is paid, we’re all set to get started on the date we’ve agreed. I’ll be in touch throughout to ensure everything is running smoothly from day one!

What happens if I don’t use all my hours in a month?
Unused hours do not roll over, so I encourage you to make the most of your time each month! I’ll help you plan your support in advance so you can maximise the value.

Do you offer a referral program?
Yes! If you refer someone who becomes a client, you’ll receive 20% off one month’s package, and your referral will also get 20% off their first month.

​

What if I need to end our working relationship?
No problem, I understand business needs change. I simply ask for 14 days’ notice. I also provide a client exit pack with everything wrapped up neatly and ready for handover.
